About the event
Daisy Jane is a spirited singer-songwriter who finds her roots in Americana, folk, rock, blues and country. Singing and strumming since age 16, she has fronted several bands, including a girl group that inspired some of her older songs that she still rocks solo.
She’s been inspired by classic songwriters like Lucinda Williams, Shawn Colvin, Ani DiFranco, Patty Griffin, and Gillian Welch.
But it’s the new generation of songwriters like Katie Crutchfield of Waxahatchee, Alanna Segarro of Hooray for the Riff Raff, and Lizzie No that have lit the fire for Daisy Jane‘s newest batch of songs which she is currently recording at Cherry Blossom Studio with Wade Alan Music.
