FEMALE SONGWRITER SHOWCASE

Allyssa Leigh's music has been described as 'cosmic country'- spacey, raw, and with a touch of twang. Currently based in Frenchtown, NJ- A native Texan who spent significant time living in West Virginia, Al's musical style taps into the rich tradition of storytelling. Her songs bounce between the beautiful mundane of living life with her husband on the Delaware River and the torment of living alongside the monsters in her head. Playful and also way too serious, her music reflects the chaotic ups and downs of the journey she's on with herself and the state of things in the world.

Al likes to think of her songs as "maybe relatable".

Al will be accompanied by fellow singer/songwriter and guitarist Greg McGarvey.
